Established at Terranora, in the beautiful Northern Rivers area of New South Wales, we source whole, pasture raised livestock directly from long established Certified and bio-dynamic farmers.
Our farmers are committed to the health and wellbeing of their animals, soil and plants. No chemical fertilisers, pesticides, herbicides, hormonal growth promotants (HGPs), GMO's or antibiotics are used at any time.

Having been in the industry for 30 years, our Master Butcher has an excellent reputation, and has been involved in the Organic meat Industry for over 10 years, building up solid relationships with our trusted farmers, visiting organic farms and seeing the animals first hand.
Our specialised Butchery has the utmost reputation for quality and variety. We stock Certified Organic Beef & Lamb, Certified Free Range Pork and Poultry. We also stock both Certified Organic Salmon and wild farmed salmon.
We smoke our own bacon and hams with no added nitrates.
A wide range of sausages and burgers are also made on the premises - grain free, no fillers or preservatives used. We also make to order with the freshest ingredients to your own recipes and specifications.
